§ 1. Regular City Elections.

A.

Regular City elections to elect City officers, as required, shall be held on the first Tuesday in March of even-numbered years.

B.

Unless specifically inconsistent with this Charter, New Mexico law governing the manner of conducting City elections shall govern elections in the City.
