§ 2. Composition.

Commencing after the March 2014 regular City election, the governing body shall be comprised of six (6) members to be known as commissioners and one (1) member to be known as mayor. The six (6) commissioners shall be elected by the qualified voters of each of the six (6) single-member districts. The mayor shall be elected at large.
