§ 10-04-030. Publication of orders.

All orders issued pursuant to authority contained in section 10-04-020 regulating or prohibiting the conduct of business shall be delivered to the director of public safety who shall forthwith inform the operator or persons in charge of the business affected, advising them that failure to comply with the order constitutes a violation of this article for which they may be arrested.
