§ 11-06-260. Credit Cards—Fraudulent transfer or receipt of a credit card.

  • It shall be unlawful for a person other than the issuer, or his authorized agent, with intent to defraud, to transfer possession of a credit card to a person other than the person whose name appears thereon, or a person to, with intent to defraud, receive possession of a credit card issued in the name of a person other than himself from a person other than the issuer, or his authorized agent.
