§ 11-06-270. Credit Cards—Fraudulent taking, receiving or transferring credit cards.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, with intent to defraud, to receive, sell or transfer a credit card by making directly or indirectly, any false statement of a material fact, whether orally or in writing, respecting his identity or financial condition or that of any other person.
