§ 12-02-060. Storage of flammable or combustible liquids in outside aboveground tanks.

The storage of flammable or combustible liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, except those facilities constructed in accordance with the provisions of section 3404 of the International Fire Code, 2003 Edition.
