§ 12-05-030. Hazardous materials/chemicals/wastes defined.

Sections 12-05-010—12-05-100 shall apply to all hazardous materials, hazardous chemicals or hazardous wastes which have been defined as such by the Environmental Protection Agency of the United States, or the United States Department of Transportation, or the State of New Mexico Environment Department and are required to be placarded during transportation.
