§ 14-02-010. Nonexclusive franchise granted.

The City of Alamogordo, hereinafter called the city, may from time to time grant a nonexclusive franchise to operate commercial garbage and refuse collection business in the city. Franchisees may solicit commercial customers (those customers who are not residential accounts as defined in § 14-1) anywhere in the city and may serve commercial customers anywhere in the city. Franchisees may limit operation to any parts of the city.
