§ 14-02-030. Disposal of trash and garbage.

Latest version.

The garbage and trash collected by the franchisee shall be disposed of by the franchisee in a manner complying with all city ordinances, state laws and regulations and all federal laws and regulations pertaining to the disposal of trash and garbage. No trash or garbage shall be burned.
