§ 17-01-010. Applicability.

The provisions of this article shall apply to all persons doing business in the city, except persons paying license fees under other articles of this chapter or other chapters of this Code and artists who made less than one thousand dollars during the previous calendar year need not pay the registration fee required by section 17-01-030.
