§ 17-01A-020. Applicability.

Latest version.

The provisions of this article shall apply, in addition to the businesses listed, to the businesses required to be licensed under later articles in this chapter and elsewhere in this Code. If there is a conflict, the provisions of the later article or elsewhere in this Code shall control.
