§ 17-07-020. License—Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of or to represent himself to be a special policeman, private detective or to conduct or operate a special police agency or private detective agency within the city without first procuring and maintaining in full force and effect a license to do so as provided for in this article.
