§ 24-01-020. Penalty assessment misdemeanors; additional fees.

In addition to the penalty assessment established for each penalty assessment misdemeanor, there shall be assessed a fee to be deposited in the city treasury which is calculated as follows:
(1)

A court automation fee of thirteen dollars ($13.00); and

(2)

A traffic safety fee of eight dollars ($8.00) which shall be credited to the traffic safety education and enforcement fund to be established and used exclusively for traffic safety education and enforcement purposes.

(3)

A municipal administration fee often dollars ($10.00);

(4)

All fees established in §24-12-12-1.3;

(5)

These increases shall take place immediately upon the ordinance from which this section derives becoming effective.
