§ 24-12-10-1.46. Meaning of the term "motor vehicle" as used in sections 24-12-10-1.47 through 24-12-10-1.51 of this ordinance—unattended vehicles.

A.

For the purposes of Sections 12-10-1.47 through 12-10-1.51 of this ordinance "motor vehicle" means every bus, truck tractor, road tractor,, and every driven vehicle in driveaway-towaway operations, required by Section 12-10-2 of this ordinance to have emergency equipment thereon.

B.

No motor vehicle shall be left unattended until the parking brake has been securely set. All reasonable precautions shall be taken to prevent the movement of any vehicle left unattended.
