§ 25-02-020. Same—Contents of.

The development plan shall show:

(a)

North arrow and scale;

(b)

Key map showing location of park;

(c)

Outer boundary of park and streets and utilities within one hundred (100) feet;

(d)

Location and dimension of all lots, spaces, open areas and common-use areas;

(e)

Location of existing and proposed permanent buildings;

(f)

Location and size of proposed and existing utilities in and adjacent to the park, including fire hydrants;

(g)

A finished grading and drainage plan;

(h)

Numbers of all lots;

(i)

Location of all solid waste containers; and

(j)

Density information, including gross acreage, number of mobile housing units proposed and the number of units per acre.
