§ 25-03-020. Size and density.

(a)

Maximum density shall be eighteen (18) spaces per gross acre.

(b)

Each space shall have a minimum size of one thousand six hundred fifty (1,650) square feet per lot.

(c)

The setbacks specified in section 25-02-040 are required only between recreational vehicles and buildings or park boundaries.
