§ 25-02-040. Spacing and setbacks.

(a)

Minimum lot size: Four thousand (4,000) square feet.

(b)

Front and rear yard setbacks: Ten (10) feet. Tongues shall not project into setback areas.

(c)

Side yard setback: Five (5) feet, with a minimum distance between mobile housing units of fourteen (14) feet.

(d)

Minimum distance between a mobile housing unit and any building or the park boundary: Ten (10) feet.

(e)

An area of unobstructed vision (sight triangle) of not less than thirty (30) feet in any dimension shall be located on either side of a park street where it adjoins any public right-of-way.
