§ 28-02-280. Annual report—Industrial wastes.

The department of public works shall furnish to the city commission an annual report of the operating expenses incurred in wastewater treatment and the city commission may, if necessary, adjust the annual industrial charge to reflect any increase or decrease in wastewater treatment cost based on the operating experiences of the previous year.
