§ 28-03-040. Contamination.

No person shall bathe in or wilfully cast any filth in, or wash any clothes or undergarments, towels or linen in any reservoir or reservoirs, streams, trenches, pipes or drains used in and necessary for the construction, transmission, maintenance or operation of the waterworks system of the city, or in the stream or source from which the water is taken. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
