§ 28-04-020. Enforcement.

This article may be enforced by any peace officer employed by the city, Otero or Lincoln County, or the State of New Mexico.

The city commission is authorized to grant such peace officer commissions or special commissions as may be necessary to enforce this article and related ordinances, in the vicinity of Bonito Lake.
