§ 2-07-040. Initial zoning.

Upon adoption of an ordinance consenting to an annexation and the filing of the ordinance along with a plat of the territory in the office of the county clerk, the territory shall become a part of the municipality and shall be zoned in accordance with the provisions of the zoning regulations of the city.
