§ 32-01-010. Authority to sell, exchange or lease real property.

The City of Alamogordo is authorized to sell, exchange or lease any real property owned by the city, where it is in the public interest to sell, exchange or lease the property. The sale, exchange or lease may be by bid or by negotiations. No such disposition of real property shall be effective until thirty (30) days after approval by the city commission.
