§ 32-01-050. Leases.

No notice is required of the lease of municipal real property, unless the annual lease value exceeds ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), or bids are solicited. In those cases, the notice of solicitation of bids for the lease shall be as provided in section 32-01-030.
