§ 32-02-040. Certain state provisions not changed.

Nothing in this chapter is intended to abrogate the provisions of subsection D of Section 3-54-2 NMSA 1978 (sales, exchanges or donations to other governmental entities), or the provision of Sections 29-1-13 through 29-1-15 NMSA 1978 (property taken by peace officers).
