§ 32-02-030. Public sales.

If the personal property is to be sold at bid, the bid shall be advertised as provided in section 32-01-030. However, if the personal property is of a type more appropriately advertised in a specialized or trade periodical, publication shall be in such a periodical instead of a newspaper of general circulation.
