§ 4-05-090. Right-of-way of pedestrians and aircraft.

Pedestrians and aircraft shall at all times have right-of-way over vehicular traffic. All vehicles shall pass to the rear of taxiing aircraft. When passengers are boarding or debarking from an aircraft at the terminal, no vehicle shall be driven on the ramp areas between the aircraft and its loading gate.
