§ 8-01-120. Moving building—-Permit required.

Before any person moves or transports any building, structure, modular structure, manufactured home, or mobile home to any place within the city limits, he shall first obtain a permit from the code official and pay all fees required under the City Code. When the building, structure, modular structure, manufactured home, or mobile home has been set in place, the owner shall bring it into conformity with all applicable provisions of the rules compiled in Title 14, Chapters 7 through 10 of the New Mexico Administrative Code.
