§ 8-01-160. Sidewalks required.

The owner of any property upon which a building is constructed shall install sidewalks along any street adjacent to the property that has curbs and gutters in place or where sidewalks are required by other provisions of this Code to be installed.

All such sidewalks shall be constructed pursuant to the requirements of Articles 8-04, 8-05 and 8-06 of this Chapter, including ramps for handicapped persons at each intersection.
