Ord. No. 1340, § 1, adopted August 11, 2008, amended the Code by repealing former §§ 8-03-090 and 8-03-110—8-03-130 in their entirety. Former §§ 8-03-090 and 8-03-110—8-03-130 pertained to adoption of the earthen building code, the New Mexico Non-Load Bearing Baled Straw Construction Building Standards, the New Mexico Energy Conservation Code, and copies of the adopted codes on file, respectively; and derived from Ord.
