§ 8-08-020. Applicability.

The provisions of this article shall apply to all new nonresidential and residential water services. For all other services, unless otherwise specified within individual sections of this article, existing services shall not be required to comply with the requirements of this article. Compliance with this article shall be a precondition of receiving or, in instances where existing installations are covered under this article, continuing to receive water service from the municipal water system.
