§ 11-05-250. Failure to appear, pay, or comply; separate violation.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to:

(l)

Fail to appear when summoned at the proper time and place to answer a charge against him.

(2)

Fail to pay any fine, fee, or cost for a violation of any ordinance within the time authorized by the court; or

(3)

Fail to comply with any court order imposed for a violation of any ordinance within the time authorized by the court.

(b)

Such conduct constitutes a separate ordinance violation punishable as a petty misdemeanor despite compliance after the deadline.
