§ 11-05-330. Generally—Same—Use of mechanical, electronic or other devices.

It shall be unlawful for any person, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or other business entity to offer tobacco products for sale by means of any mechanical, electronic or other device that dispenses tobacco products in an area to which the general public is invited or permitted and to which persons less than eighteen (18) years of age are permitted unlimited access.
