§ 12-05-090. Inspections.

The fire chief of the Alamogordo fire department may cause to be inspected any hazardous cargo transporter for the purpose of ascertaining and causing to be corrected, any conditions which would reasonably tend to endanger human health, the environment or public safety.

All transport vehicles that appear to be unsafe or are operated in an unsafe manner shall be stopped and inspected to ensure safe operation, transport and delivery of the hazardous cargo/materials.
