§ 17-07-040. Same—Fees.

(a)

The annual license fee for special policemen, special police agencies, private detectives or private detective agencies, shall be in accordance with the following schedule and all such licenses shall expire on December thirty-first following the date of issue:

(1)

Special policeman, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per annum.

(2)

Private detective, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per annum.

(3)

Private detective agency, one hundred dollars ($100.00) per annum.

(4)

Special police agency, one hundred dollars ($100.00) per annum.

(b)

All fees shall be payable unto the city and credited to the general fund.
