§ 17-07-050. Same—Exemptions.

No license required by section 17-07-020 shall be required of any person while protecting persons, passengers or property being transported in interstate or intrastate common carriers; provided, however, that, special policemen or private detectives whose employment is limited to only one corporation, company or person for the exclusive protection of its or their own property or product and whose activities are strictly confined to its or their own property, shall be exempt from payment of the license fee, but shall be subject to all other provisions of this article.
