§ 18-02-070. Docket.

The municipal judge shall keep a docket in which he shall enter a true record of all actions brought before him. All cases tried before the judge shall be docketed in the name of the city, against the defendant, and the judge shall enter upon his docket in a plain and intelligible manner a note of each step taken in each case, and an itemized statement of all costs and fines imposed and collected by him.
