§ 2-03-025. Administrative Departments Established.

The administrative departments of the city together with a general description of the functions of each department are established. Each department is subject to the control and supervision of the city manager who may from time to time transfer, eliminate or consolidate said departments, their divisions, offices and.or functions. The city manager may not add to the departments authorized by this section without the approval of the city commission.
