§ 2-03-270. Department of Finance—Creation of department.

There is hereby created a department of finance. The head of the department of finance shall be the director of finance who shall also be known as the city treasurer wherein applicable. This department shall consist of the Director of Finance and such officers and employees as may be provided for by the city manager.
